Approved Business

In order to be considered for an SDM license, the applicant must be an approved business. An applicant must operate or plan to operate one of these approved businesses:

• Drug store or patent medicine store
• Supermarket or grocery store
• Delicatessen
• Party store
• Meat market
• Food specialty store
• A department store which includes at least one of the stores listed above
• Specially Designated Distributor (SDD)
• Class C
• A-Hotel
• B-Hotel
• Club
• Tavern
