Business Ownership
Individual Ownership - The individual owner will be investigated to determine whether he or she meets the personal qualifications outlined below.
Limited partnership - A Limited Partnership Agreement must be on file with the Corporations and Securities Bureau of the Department of Commerce. Each general partner will be investigated separately to determine qualifications for licensing.
Corporation - The corporation must be authorized to do business in Michigan. Corporations, which are general partners in a limited partnership, must also be authorized to do business in this state.
