1. This is a legally binding contract. If you have any questions you should consult your attorney.
2. All business information provided to you by The Francisco Group is highly confidential.
3. You agree not to disclose any business information directly or indirectly nor to reveal the identity of a business for sale for 7 years.
4. Such unauthorized disclosure may seriously damage the business and render you liable for damages.
5. You agree that we represent the seller who pays The Francisco Group’s fee.
6. You, your assignees, or your nominees insure and guarantee the seller will pay The Francisco Group’s fee from the first moneys disbursed.
7. You shall hold The Francisco Group harmless from any representations of businesses because these representations come from the Sellers and The Francisco Group has no personal knowledge of same.
8. NO modifications or changes are permitted on this The Francisco Group Confidentiality Contract without the express written consent of The Francisco Group which has the Exclusive Right to Sell.
